Fallen Chapter killed Heroic Ultraxion and Heroic Hagara on the same night tonight, Thursday 15th December!
This brings our current Dragon Soul progression to 5/8 Heroic in under two weeks! Once again, we've accomplished all of this with zero prior PTR experience, no added raid nights to our raiding schedule, and no earlier starts or later finishes.
We knew Ultraxion would be doable, but we didn't expect to kill it so easily in only 9 attempts! It was, by far, the easiest Heroic to down this tier so far.
We're now coming up to the busy Christmas & New Years fortnight - and our family, friends and work commitments will understandably need to take priority. We'll still put any available time we have into Heroic Warmaster Blackhorn progression, but the next few weeks will be a bit touch and go.
We're happy to be at Dragon Soul 5/8 Heroic so fast, and just in time to beat the Christmas rush. Heroic Deathwing is still in our sights, and after New Years we'll have our full availability back... ready to start pushing hard towards him once again.

Fallen Chapter killed Heroic Warlord Zon'ozz tonight, Mon 12th December. This brings our current Dragon Soul progression to 3/8 heroic for the first week.
We stuck with our usual raiding schedule for this week of Dragon Soul. We didn't need to raid past our usual finish times, nor add in extra raid days to achieve any of this.
We're now coming up to the busy New Years and Christmas fortnight shortly. This will no doubt interfere with progression for a few weeks. But that's fine: WoW is a game... and we want our members to enjoy the New Years and Christmas break with their family and friends first and foremost.
We're still working hard and trying to get a couple more Heroic kills under our belt before Christmas. Watch this space for updates in the weeks to come!

Fallen Chapter killed two Heroic bosses in the last 24 hours, Heroic Morchok and Heroic Yor'sahj the Unsleeping.
Nothing much to say about Morchok, but Yor'sahj certainly wasn't a pushover! Our two healers could breathe a big sigh of relief after that ~9 minutes was over!
We're expecting more Heroic kills in the coming days... watch this space for updates!

Fallen Chapter killed Deathwing tonight, 1st December 2011, which culminated an 8/8 full clear of the Dragon Soul raid instance.
Nobody expected the normal clear to actually be difficult - and we won't pretend it was either. Nevertheless, we easily did this over two nights without any prior PTR experience or exposure to the encounters.
We're now looking forward to immediately getting stuck into Heroic progression. Watch this space for updates in the weeks to come...!

Fallen Chapter defeated Heroic Ragnaros tonight, Sunday 25th September 2011.
This kill heralds a Realm 3rd, World 265th achievement for Fallen Chapter. We're also sporting the new "Firelord" title to go with our purple Corrupted Fire Hawk mounts. Fallen Chapter is now firmly established on our new home, Frostmourne Alliance, and is a recognised raiding force on the server. Our Cataclysm progression currently stands at:
- Heroic Ragnaros killed 25th September. World 265th
- Tier 12: 7/7 Heroic
- Completed the "Glory of the Firelands Raider" meta achievement. US 1st, World 6th.
- Sinestra killed 18th July
- Tier 11: 13/13 Heroic
- Completed the "Glory of the Cataclysm Raider" meta achievement
So... was Heroic Ragnaros progression smooth sailing all the way to a kill? No, of course not.
Any guild that tells you otherwise is lying. We too had our share of frustrating nights, fervent exchanges, tense wipes... and disheartening moments. But we didn't give up. Heroic Ragnaros wasn't going to fall over without a fight... but neither was our spirit, nor our steadfast determination to defeat him. Stay focused, play well, keep communicating - and we'll get there. And get there we did. We're proud of our kill tonight. Deathwing, we're ready. With Heroic Ragnaros and Sinestra kills under our belt, our sights are set on you now...
... and our determination has a proven track record of getting results.
